Louise Knight is a twenty-four year old vocalist born and bred in the county town of Broseley, Shropshire, UK. She has been singing all her life – on stage, on the street and in the bath.

Well-known throughout the area as a powerful, emotive singer, Louise has built up a reputation for live performing in a host of local clubs. She sings in a range of styles and is comfortable with any type of music from ballads, R&B/Hip Hop through to pure pop and rock. Now signed to Mile High Records, Louise has delivered a debut album ‘Tell Me Now’ that reflects her varied influences.

All the songs on the album are originals (with not a stolen sample in sight), written by Louise and Lorenzo Cosco with support from Switzerland-based lyricist Franzisca Guedel.

Songwriter/Producer Lorenzo Cosco says ‘Louise has such a powerful voice that she blew my favourite pre-amp and certainly took my studio skills to another level. It took me some time before I found the settings to tame her! Luckily, we have come up with some strong tracks to compliment her tone. The lyrics are also outstanding.’

Lousie says ‘It has been an exciting time working on my first album. Working in a studio requires different skills to performing live, so I have been on a learning curve. I hope this album does well and I am looking forward to seeing my name on ITunes.’

Louise and Lorenzo have already started writing tracks for the second album.
